How can I order my portfolio?
You can buy our portfolios, boxes, and bags using our downloadable order form. Fill it out supplying the information appropriate for your order and then fax it to us. You can also call us if you are ready to order and have your credit card handy.

How thin can you bind the book?
About 3/4's of an inch but this is not our standard binding size. Please tell us you want it bound thin or it will not get done.

Are your sizes the actual size of the insert?
Yes. So if you order an 11x14 then the page sizes will fit 11x14 image and the actual book will be a bit bigger all the way around.

Do you give quantity discounts?
Yes we do.

Can you imprint my company logo?
Yes. We will need a nice laser print or high-res PDF file of the EXACT size it will be imprinted. We charge $110 for the die plate not to exceed 3x5 inches plus an extra $45 for the imprinting. Remember if you are ordering a portfolio with leather binding that we can imprint only on the leather portion of the book. Your artwork should be prepared accordingly.

Do you make books that fit in standard FedEx boxes?
We can make a portfolio for you any size you want it. some of our slim clam boxes will fit into several types of FedEx boxes.

How much do you charge to ship?

Can I use my FedEx or UPS account?
Yes. When placing your order please specify the kind of service you require and give us your UPS or FedEx Account number.

What kind of binding do you use?
We use a screw post binding method for our portfolios. It is also know as a Chicago Screw. We also make binders with 3 ring binding systems available in several ring and binder sizes.

Do the portfolios lay flat?
No. Portfolios will never lay "flat" but they do open up nicely to show a double page spread.

Do you accept checks?
Yes but we must wait until they clear the bank which adds a week to production time.

What are the turnaround times?
Some of our standard leather and portline books ship within 2-3 days. Clamshell boxes take 2-3 weeks on average. In emergencies we accomodate the best we can.

Can you make custom sizes?
Yes. Price your book to the next size HIGHER price bracket. Email us your specs if you need an estimate.

If I need more pages do I get them from you?
Yes and we recommend you buy extra pages right off the bat. This is so you have extras available and won't stress when you need them the next morning for that important presentation.
